Centre Management

Here at MarketPlace we strive for customer service, Centre Management can now be found open five (5) days a week Monday to Friday between the times 9.00am and 5pm. You can find the office located in the corridor opposite Woolworths or alternatively you can contact the office on 02 4983 6300.

Mobility Services

MarketPlace has a Courtesy Wheelchair service. It is available from Centre Management seven (7) days per week. Centre Management is open from 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you require a Wheelchair outside of these hours simply contact Centre Security by using the direct dial phone adjacent to Centre Management.

Mobility Parking

Mobility parking is located near the front main entrances.

Community Noticeboard

MarketPlace provides a locked Community Noticeboard near the amenities adjacent to the Food Court. The Community Noticeboard is for the advertising of Community Events. Contact should be made with Centre Management for the use of the Noticeboard.

Security

MarketPlace has Security Officers that provide the Centre and its customers with a Security Service seven (7) days a week. Each Security officer is in constant contact with Centre Management and our Cleaning Service by 2-Way radio, you can also contact security on 0421 175 372.

Parents' Room

The Parent’s Room is a lovely clean bright comfortable room located in the corridor opposite Woolworths. It has a toilet facility for both adults and children.
It also has a private feeding area as well as lounges, a sink, microwave and baby change facilities.

Parents with Prams parks

MarketPlace has parents with prams parks near the main entrances.

Lost and Found

Centre Management provides a Lost and Found service. Please contact the office on 02 4983 6300 Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5pm) or call into the office located in the corridor opposite Woolworths.

Justice of The Peace (JP)

Justice of the Peace (JPs) come from all sections of the community and  are available across all of NSW, volunteers can now be found at MarketPlace every Tuesday between the times 9am to 1pm. These volunteers can generally be found outside Woolworths or Blooms Chemist.



Amazon Pick Up & Return Lockers

Have your parcels delivered to Amazon Lockers at MarketPlace Raymond Terrace. You can find Amazon Lockers when selecting a shipping address during the checkout process or when adding a new address in Your Account. Amazon Lockers provide you with an alternative delivery location where you can collect amazon.com.au packages.
